My little "rave" costume for conventions. I put this on for any dances and/or raves that go on at night. This one was for Dragon*Con, and is mostly made by myself. I made everything except for the leg warmers, arm warmers, corset, hair falls, and goggles. 8DAnd yes, those are my panties underneath. orz
