It deals with heartbreak. The woman is evidently the one who was duped; the man she thought would provide for her with the kind of abundance she had envisaged tore her pure, innocent, childlike heart off. The man, though, was never truly dedicated. As she is overwhelmed by an overwhelming desire to be with him and possess him. She was nonetheless indignant at his silence. The man was killed for her, and as fulfillment of her desire to possess him, she tore off his head and left the swords buried in his skull as a sign that he was hers.
