Description
This is Cotton, the lopunny for *BehindtG 's comic Random Doom. Thanks to her, Loppunny is tied with Ninetales and Lucario as my favourite looking shiny pokemon (or to rephrase, the only shiny pokémon I bother looking at).
I wanted to do something really chibi-ish and fluffy because I'd made a new colouring style that looked nice for chibis. It was originally a normal loppunny, but I really wanted to do something shiny, I had plans for added a few things to really bring out the shiny which I never done. I don't really like doing shiny pokémon unless they're shiny for a reason (a particular character), so I made it Cotton.
