It's more an issue of durability, I mean I've got a lot of friends that are practically body builders but can't take a hit for their life XD
on the other hand I know really scrawny guys that can fall off of decks, trip down concrete steps, and get punched in the chest and keep going... Make sure he drinks more milk, calcium is the ultimate defense booster. Poor Zephyr
