While I do love Novas old design, i also love this one, as it took a little longer to color than last time.

General Nova is a Maverick leader of the Sun itself, and is a special species of Reploid called Planetloids (Or Spacedroids if you know Megaman 5) being the only child to Emperor Blaze, the Sunloids Leader, Nova has the ability to watch over Earth and see what is going on there without physically going there himself, as he took the form of Commander Signas in Abel City, as that is why the two of them look so alike, as Nova is mean and heartless most of the time like his father, as some of the time he does show his feelings to his father, as Its very rare Nova ever shows his true emotions, but when he does, its actually very sweet when he does.

-can change sizes at will.
-is older than Most reploids on earth
-knows German, Russian and Japanese at will
-can be mean sometimes, but is sweet to people he knows.
-his voice has a lisp a bit, were if he says like "Darling" It comes out as "darlin" so he sounds a bit like a cowboy a bit.
-has deep scary voice most of the time.
-his entire body glows brightly all the time
-Is extremely large
-can mimic voices to a degree (like Sigma, Zero, Signas, General, Red and Colonel)
-has a thick Russian accent
-can easily take down people like Sigma and General, Zero and Colonel
-Is calm, cool and collected all the time
-can be a hothead, but only if he needs to be, or is pushed to his limits
-is very muscly and very thicc and curvy (Its from his dads side)
