I was tempted to redraw the reference since it does not 100 percent fit her anymore.
But oh well. Almost none of my references do...

But I am probably going to have to give her a more animation friendly design.

Fun fact: Hellgan was based of the colors of coffee?
And then she ended up being really important. Although pretty much everything she does happens before the main story starts.
However I think I'm pretty set on her part of the story and her relationship with Lord.
The both of them may be evil but they also have probably the most stable relationship of any of my characters.

She is one of the few Canarians who can use their magic offensively. So she is pretty good at fighting both with her magic as well as just in general.
(Canarians are pretty strong physically, but they do have relatively weak magic)

Also Ika hates her.
