So here is the rendered version of the concept art.
I really like their wings being shiny, but it would probably fit the changelings better. So I'm gonna try moth like wings next and making the markings more eye-like.

I think umbrum would really like hanging around wendigos and vice versa. Umbrum, especially older ones, can passively cause negative emotions or just general discomfort. That would help the wendigos with their magic. And for umbrum the cold that this produces isn't really harmful. So they use the uninhabitable zone around the wendigos ...home? to protect themselves from any possible attacks.
