Neptune's colonization coincided with a boom in the robot population, the planet thus has the second largest population of robots to mercury. Neptune's cities are hung from a large orbital ring around the planet. The planet's cities are often packed with people and dimly lit.

Nemhin: The largest culture of robots on neptune. Nemhins have modular bodies where every body part has it's own limited personality that affects the whole. A single member of the species thinks more like a group than an individual.
