I put http://cherry-drops.deviantart.com/art/Adopt-17-offer-anything-ORIGINAL-406851594 (an androgynous adopt) up for offers and she won with $10 paypal. She didnt send me the money though. I waited a day, then two. I messaged her 3 times as a reminder and she ignored me. On the forth she replied saying she sent the money. I told her I didnt receive it! She then asked me if ********@*****.com was the email. No, she misspelled it. So, she said she was gonna contact paypal about it. To test if the email was real, I sent an email to it....it came back saying "EMAIL DOES NOT EXIST" she lied to me to cover up the fact that she didnt have the money.  I never recieved the money and she just ignored and blocked me.
