Turns out, this one was my least favorite of the first group. Shroomman was just a placeholder for a while, got scrapped, then was brought back when one of the original members was taken out due to "issues".

Anyways, ShroomMan was created to study and contain various types of fungi and plant life that depended on it. Unfortunately, the task became too much for his current team and the job left him damaged, so he was abandoned there. Somehow, he was repaired by someone and recruited to cause destruction, with the only catch being that he'd be allowed to be in the forest that he'd spent years in.
ShroomMan is a slow fighter, equipped with a standard buster and armed with the Spore Cloud: a weapon that creates a cloud of spores, either directly shot at someone or left floating in place for someone to run into.
