Haha, it's not hard, you just buy a solid-colour hoodie and use fabric paint. The one we have is tulip slick fabric paint (but tulip puffy paint is good too, you can buy it at walmart!) and copy the design. o u o If you're not cosplaying a character, you can use pretty much any hoodie you want, you can buy those anywhere!
