Naw, I wanted to be able to bring it to conventions, so I made it non-functioning just to be on the safe side.

oh.......I have a sling shot I made,it works,and it's lethal,but the safety is the easy disassemble ment,only known by me(putting it back together) and the sheer foce required to pull the cords....

Thank you very much! Just lots of patience with trial and error to make this costume. Every time I made an adjustment on a piece, I'd try on what I had finished so far to see how it looked in comparison. Man, it would have been easier if I had my dress form by then. Anyway, the parts are pretty simple to make, but the embroidery is what took the longest for me.
