So a little bit of an introuduction to this character, a while back I was helping with his jolteon donation drive and I was saying about how she should become a character, and now a little while later she's official, of course with this ref, this is more than likely the smallest you'll see her, the only way to go now is bigger XD

Topaz is a chubby Jolteon, one of Steve's wives. She normally acts strong and silent, but in the presence of Steve she becomes much more embarrassed and flustered. As her size demonstrates, she has quite a large sweet tooth which is amplified whenever Steve is around.
She is a huge fan of old games and frequently visits old stores to find anything good, but like most Electric-types, she doesn't like Ground. She can't stand it when her fur gets dirty and makes sure to wash frequently!
