Her Broken Melody

And the light of fire dims

The more time passes on;
The more abandoned she feels
And the more confined she becomes…
While she hears a violin weeping
A brokenhearted melody…
Such a familiar tune;
Splitting open out of the depth of heart;
Every time she stumbles and falls
In a hollow pit of gloomy lies
All alone with her echoes and scattered images
Gazing at the fragments
Spreading to the winds
As though beckoning goodbyes.
Then the light of fire dims…
And the flame of joy faints…
Along with a constant departure
That will not come to an end.
And the days go by…
As the sun grows bored of her rains;
The clouds want not to part her sky.
Her mirroring eyes peeking a soulful sight
Seeking a hopeful light
Yet she refuses to exist in vain.
Desperately curls in a womb
In search of a bloom,
Though the wish is too far lost to retrieve
Hereby she kneels down to destiny…
As she is the one to blame.
Abide and obey or surrender with no proclaim
For time is not for her to prevail
Or to leave behind any colors or trail
Verily she is scared of lips drought
And her fear of harsh heart is bright.
