hello bro im new in all those things about 3d models, poser, animation, etc. so i was wondering where can i run this masterpiece? which program?

The model is in .FBX format, so most 3d programs should be able to open it. I myself only know how to use Blender, 3ds Max and Unity. All of these programs have a learning curve and might be hard to get into. There's also XPS aka "XNAPosingStudio", which many people use. You can download a model that's compatible with that form jc-starstrom(that pic below).

Let me first say; I love this model. She is very well done. Love the fluffy parts on her tail.
Now, I have a question. I was able to convert this model into MMD, and there has been questions on if I'm able to release the MMD version. Credit would be entirely given to you, and it would only be the MMD version; not the FBX, OBJ, and the MAX. So, am I allowed to release the MMD version?
