Description
My Hero Academia is quickly growing into a favorite of mine. The manga itself is excellent.What One Piece did for pirates, Naruto did for ninjas, and Bleach did with shinigamis (death gods), My Hero Academia is doing with superheroes.
I haven't been this excited for new chapters since reading Full Metal Alchemist. The first season of Academia's anime just ended so I feel that it's perfect timing for some fan art.
This is basically practice at things that I don't particularly feel strong at. Drawing and then painting Midoriya's hair felt like watching grass grow. Haha.
I feel like I'm getting a better grasp on steam/smoke and how to time it at 15fps (which I eventually hope to do at 30fps).
Thanks to balloonwatch for guiding me through the colors on this one. It wouldn't look the same without you.

Aw due I myself can go on and on why I LOVE My Hero Academia so I'll spare you XD Keep animating okay? Your doing such a fine job! I'd love to learn a thing or two from you in animation~ Yeah I'm trying to learn animation too. I just need to discipline myself much more to better myself in both drawing and animating. Trying to understand Sakuga style animation and practicing as much as I can without burning myself out.

Has anyone ever thought about animating a comic book? The closest I've ever seen them get is Marvel Vs Capcom 3's intro, and Unlimited Saga's intro.

Yeah,...good job. Needs improvement, but not by much. Looks like the stretch for you isn't as far as it is for me. Never knock constructive criticism and you'll be the pinnacle of the crop. You don't seem like one who is afraid to experiment and try new stuff.

This is awesome man! What technique did you use for the coloring? & can I ask how you animated this? I'm still new to everything but I want to learn it badly.

I animated and painted it in Photoshop CC (2015). Then I took it into After Effects CC (2015) for compositing.
Bakugou's hair (the guy on the right) had his hair animated in After Effects. Midoriya's hair (the guy on the left) had his hair animated purely frame-by-frame in Photoshop, for example.
