Description
This was inspired by InsufferableOaf alternate ending to 101 Dalmatians street where Dylan is the only surviving member of his family and everyone was killed, I had an idea where in his story Cruella de vil actually spares Dorothy and decides to raise her and brainwash her, as Dorothy grew she became just as twisted and cruel like Cruella herself, now she has one mission, to hunt down her older brother Dylan and his children and finish off the pongo and perdita bloodline forever.
