I don't think anyone is X3 hehe my only problem with it is the whole idea of the game. you reeeeeally think sinking ur body with a virtual world wont have any negative consequences? no one thinks "hmm....having your whole body shut down to play a game? sounds a bit dangerous. what if the game crashes?"

Well, I think it would depend on how it's done. If it's done in a manner similar to how a dream would be, then there probably wouldn't be too much of a problem. I think the issue would occur if they simulated the sense of pain. For example, if some error occurred and it sent a pulse that created a sharp pain ... and if it's strong enough I could see it causing many problems.

The other issue that I could see occurring is people forgetting they are in a game, similarly how it's hard to recognize when one is dreaming. You would think the fantasy setting would make it obvious enough that it isn't real, but in our dreams, we tend to go through some pretty weird crap yet we still don't recognize that it's a dream. 

It's certainly an interesting topic to think about. That is for certain.
