minus Steve being a ghost, this looks like it could be an exact scene from Iron Man 172 ( where Steve finds a drunken Tony wandering around the Bowery, trying to cut himself off from all human contact, and fails to talk any sense into him ).

The ghostly effect is a very nice touch, though.
