[EDIT] Commissioner has been found and made aware of the finished product! Hooray!
So um, kind of an awkward situation but this was either a commission or a reward for a contest i did on an Amino way back when. I never forgot about it and now I finished it to get it out of the way. The problem is, I don't have contact to the owner of the OC anymore, if anyone knows 'em do link 'em this piece please
Also, i think i'm finally getting the hang of cloth folding and flowing in the wind! Feels nice.
