Crazed ManiacAfter a incident (T.K.S.S 10) Distorted died but was revived... but then it malfunctioned and created his normal self and his chaotic CRAZED MANIAC form... he was sealed away forever to not deal any damage...

NEO Distorted is a chill gamer and tries to find more multiverses. 10 days later he accidentally got hit by a virus but survived. hence being a bit glitchy + having black, red, and blue.
True / Mad Form
If he gets mad enough he will turn into his crazy form. he is very powerful and can kill anyone at will
