I always liked the sizing and scope of dawn of the dragon, but a new beginning has better art direction in general imo. More of a style. DotD always felt too generic to me. Feels like they had the wrong art team for the project, the initial concepts were very boring for nearly everything and seemed like they struggled to connect with the original art and creative process. Maybe they would have been better on a more realistic game. What do you guys think of the final designs in DotD?
