New OC!!!! TMNT duh XD
But ya...it's another male OC I'm srry, I'm just so bad at making female OCs XD
ok well there's some pretty important I need to state here:
You guys know how I said I got mutated into a turtle and married Raph and thaz how Seth came?
Well I'm gonna change that
I'm gonna make that turtle an OC named Eve.
It just feels too awkward when ppl ask me who Seth's mom is and I tell them iz me XD
So it's the same turtle, different name XD

Name: Levi
Name Meaning: United- As one
Origin: Hebrew
Eye color: White
Weapon: Bow and Arrows
Gear: Deep Red
Parents: Eve and Keyto
Weight: 150lbs
He is 9 years younger than Seth

History:
He is Seth's half brother. Seth's mother Eve was captured by Bishop. You all know how much Bishop liked collecting aliens. Well one day he tried to see if he could create a totally new species. So he selected a male alien and implanted his sperm into Eve. She was able to carry the baby full term but died giving birth to the being.
That being became Levi.

Anatomy & Physiology:
He's half alien, half mutant turtle.
Levi has no vocal cords so therefore speaks telepathically as his alien race does. Those marks on the side of his neck are gills which he breathes through. He can breathe underwater as well. He has a turtle shell like Seth.
He sleeps with his eyes open...kinda makes it hard for someone to tell whether he's sleeping or not XD
He looks like a whimpy kind of guy but he is actually unnaturally strong. He could probably last John in a fight.
Strengh was something known his alien race. So in his case...size really doesn't matter.
His blood is an anti-poison like Seth's is.
He can read minds but only one at a time.
Levi's skin is sensative to salt...really. It's actually burns his skin. He can eat salt on his food and stuff and be ok, but if someone were to just dump salt on him it would burn his skin. Kinda like what happens to a slug when you dump salt on it.
Also, he has retractable claws in his fingers. only seen when he lets them out though, and that's usually only in defense.
He and his race also have a canine like sense of smell. He can smell scents mostly only animals can smell.....such as the scent of a human.

Relations:
Although it's Raph's half son Raph grows to hate Levi because of the loss of his wife for Levi. So Raph shows no acceptance for Levi at all and shows total hatred making relationships with Seth hard as well.

Personality:
Levi is a mild toned guy. He doesnt have a high temper and when he is mad he tends to try and find something to get his mind off the situation. His tolerance level is medium. He'll tolerate annoyances to a certain extent. He tends to correct others a lot. He doesn't like animals very much. Show him a cute little puppy and he'll want nothing to do with it.
He doesn't like showing his emotions and tends to keep to himself. But he likes being a help to others when he can.

He fears heights....like a lot.

Side Note:
His halfbrother, Seth, can speak to him, and him only, telepathically. Seth doesn't have telepathic abilities, but he and Levi have a special connection that allows them both to communicate telepathically. This only works between Levi and Seth. Levi communicates telepathically with everyone, but everyone else must speak back to Levi out loud.
Seth on the other hand can speak either outloud to him or through his mind.

He's Left handed like Seth.

His Father:
Levi knows nothing about his race at first. But he eventually finds out his Father, Keyto, was an unmarried warrior from his planet Caldonia, only around the age of 26. Levi inheritted his father's warrior spirit. Technically his father is still alive but is still in Bishop's possession unknown to Levi but Levi constantly feels the presense of his race in him and feels the need to find them.
