Love the picture, but think it would be better if the background were a lighter colour or contrasting colours. The fact its browns and reds means the drink just kind of blends in and doesn't stand out as much as a focal point.

Yeah, Ethanol is the alcohol of Ethane. Ethane is C2H6 or CH3-CH3. Alcohols are -anes with a hydroxyl group (OH). So Ethanol is CH3CH2OH (one of the Hydrogens from the second Carbon goes away to allow the -OH group to attach).
Don't you remember this from high school chemistry? I do and that was 13 years ago
(I guess not everybody takes the chemistry subject though...)
