Do you usually use just acrylics for your faceups?? WC pencils never seem to work for me and i just wanted to get some tips and hear experiences from people that do only use acrylics.

Yes, I use acrylic paints only. And sometimes Watercolor pencils for the blush. I've uploaded two tutorials on how to repaint dolls with acrylic paints

I'm planning on making a tutorial on how to root male dolls (John Smith in particular), but the hair is not brushable anymore when they had moldes hair before..
