..I had some struggles with her tiara though as the Galoob head is a little smaller than the Cinderella head. I had to heat it a little so it would be flexible.

Right, also, there were some string keeping it on the head, so it must be hard fixing: I recently restored a Dream Waltz Anastasia and I struggled a lot to keep her crown tied to the hair!

I think so.^^ But the neck of the Galoob Anastasia is a liiiittle bit thinner than the Disney Store ones. But the heads are flexible, so I guess it should work anyway.

Maybe boiling the head and making the vinyl softer can help that... otherwise, a careful carving might help.

I'd boil the head either way to prevent that little plasting thingy inside the neck from breaking.^^
