Prismacolor markers, you guys. Holy shit. I fucking love these things.

So as I'm sure many of you know, I've been obsessing over The Nutcracker ballet and soundtrack these past few days for whatever fucking reason and so far it's been taking over every waking moment of my life so I thought might as well make LaDue a fucking Nutcracker for her fanpage profile pic lol because I'm trash. Anyway rewind to a few days ago my mom, aunt and sister all went shopping and we got a few Nutcrackers. I picked one out because he was really sparkly and shit and I just loved him, and based this design off of him. The colors are different but yeah this is the basic look. This is also one of my first pictures using Prismacolor markers as the main tool and holy shit do I love them, like a LOT. I was really nervous at first but after this I can't wait to keep learning how to use them. I also used a metallic sharpie for the gold, metallic pencil for the axe, and white sharpie for the sparkly star effect of the black cloak. I guess the background is supposed to be like the snowflakes in the ballet? Idk I was too lazy to put a lot of detail into them lol this took like two hours alone already. I really need to get some brown markers too for LaDue's hair.
