Awesome work, and I have a few things to comment on as I see you wish for critique. I think you could use more contrasting shadows and highlights. I see you in general in all of your works lack deep shadows, which cause the drawings to look more flat. Also the right leg is a bit "unsmooth" in this work. I think if you pay attention on making outlines smooth it can easily bump up the overall finished look.
You have improved fast in your works when I look at your works from 2016! Also in this work the jacket, shirt and hair are awesomely detailed and the anatomy is on spot. Great work and keep up the improvement!
