This drawing was actually not entierly finished, but since I don't think I'll have the time to correct the details, well this is it !

Thank you so much for reading this Here is a quick step by step journal entry about one of my latest uploaded deviation, "Thorin Oakenshield".
It's a graphite portrait of Thorin from The Hobbit (Peter Jackson, adaptated from Tolkien's novel), who is played in the movie by Richard Armitage.
I did not take much photos while doing it but here we go anyway
Step one : Just puting the base alltogether
Step two : Add details
Step three : More details !!
Step four : Creating hair and fur
Actually, this is the full artwork, but I really had no time to finish it at all so I figured I would just cut it a bit (please, don't stab me in the back with a broadsword !).

Well actually it was like super easy to draw his face, I don't know maybe I was really inspired, but the fur was a bit tricky to do, I'm not entierly satisfied about it.

Fur is indeed rather difficult to do, same with certain types of hair. But I think he turned out very nice

I agree ^^ I have trouble doing hair too, need to improve on that !
