As far as I know there are 2 ways:
1)Photoshop- draw a circle, add a color and shades. make an amnimation and save it as a gif.
2)Paint.net and unfreeze- like photoshop but you have to use paint.net as, "draw a circle, add a color and shades" but you cant do the animation on there so you save all the frames of the animation then open unfreze(like layers). drop your pictures in, pic as rate you want them to go in and save it as a gif.
Note:
1)Paint.net is a little harder to work with than photoshop.
2)Both Paint.net and unfreze are free downlaoads. Paint.net[link] Unfreeze[link]
3) I sugest you both save them on the desktop if you dicide to download them. If so good luck ^^
