This is a picture I did on an Oekaki, I am actually quite proud of it, its Celebi looking at the water at night with the moon out. ^^Sorry that the wave effects look so bad, and that the lines are REAL lury, and the legs and the wings look really weird, I was too lazy to fix them. XDDDD
I would like some comments because I worked really hard on it.
