I've been practicing painting, as you can tell I'm not that great at it but meh, it's my first proper attempt.
I've been trying to improve my painting at bit, because my copy of Adobe Photoshop elements appears to be cursed and my computers keep blowing up "coincidentally" a few days after being installed. >>;

Its my Cyndaquil from HG/SS whose name is Promethee, using Flame Wheel.
Of course he doesn't know Flame Wheel anymore but it was the most interesting attack to draw in my opinion. XD

I could be a lot better, but I'm still quite proud of it considering. What do you guys think? ^_^
