There's a lot of things i actually like about this site.
The fact that you managed to get a gaming site to look modern and sleek with Extremely great choice of colors!
In fact i love the colors so much i think it's the best color combination iv'e ever seen!
The abstract textures make it more alove and god it looks good!
And the glass effects is not to much, it's "enough" if you will.
Love it.. as always..

Colours seems to blend in well and sections don't stand out when they don't need to.
One suggestion I have is with the top menu. The "Support: Reports and appeals" button is off center. Still keep all the blocks the same even size, but maybe you can space/re-size them out so it looks a bit more balanced.

I would write a Critique but I don't have any premium atm, just cant afford.
I like the whole design. Great layout for a fan site and it has been divided up nicely in blocks with the added use of colour which has not gone un-noticed. The buttons and textures used work very well.
If i had to make any sort of suggestion to improve this site, i might suggest more images/icons. The fan base for the magoirty of runescape players is 13-17 and with that in mind, images work better. The site does seem a little dark too.
I might recommend a quick look at [link] as a comparison, but i like your site very much.
