Description
This was, by far, the most difficult, and time consuming commission I have ever attempted.
What made it so time consuming you ask? (Go on...ASK!)
Well, since you asked, it was that everything, from the colors to the lineart had to be EXACT. The original art was all heavily shaded/textured and whole panels had the characters grayed over so I had to redraw everything from the molding on the ceiling to the last follicle on the blonde girl's head. Not an easy go when your eyesight sucks like mine (causing me to take many breaks to rest the ancient eyeballs)
Then, in order to keep that manga feel. the colors had to match the style and pallet of the samples I was sent...again...not easy.)
No to mention that, due to the size of the pages, I had to cut them up and go panel by panel.
I am VERY happy with the result and want to thank for t he commission and the challenge to my skills (maybe, next time, I can get it done faster).
