Name of the Company: Serpentine Incorporated

S.I. for short, Serpentine Incorporated had apparently been around since the 1960s, but as a more secretive private company that worked on secret projects. They were thought to have simply disappeared, but showed up again in the present day. There's a lot of mystery surrounding the company, but they seem to be quite noble-hearted and humanitarian in nature.

The CEO: Dell Rusk (Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes)

Dell Rusk is the latest CEO in a family owned company. He inherited it from his father, who inherited it from his, and so on and so forth. He makes it his goal to give back to the world, through charities, humanitarian projects, environmental activities, etc. Yet he seems too squeaky clean, is he who he says he is?

Secretary: X-23 A.K.A. Laura (X-Men: Evolution)

It would appear that X-23 has found herself in the secretary position for Mr. Rusk. She's quite eager, surprisingly happy, and really wants to make Mr. Rusk happy. It seems so unlike X-23 to just suddenly pop up like this, but why is this?

Stockholder: Roland Daggett (Batman: The Animated Series)

Surprisingly, Roland Daggett, infamous CEO of Daggett Industries apparently has stock in Serpentine Incorporated. He's made it very vague why he is, just making off-hand comments about how he and Rusk share common interests in the world.

Banker: San Hill (Star Wars: The Clone Wars)

The one who handles the company's finances is rather mysterious. Though there have been rumors that he's in fact from outer space. A name constantly comes up: "San Hill" and "The Intergalactic Banking Clan" is also mentioned in hushed tones.

Head Scientist: Arnim Zola (Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes)

Infamous Hydra scientist, Arnim Zola, works behind the scenes of Serpentine Incorporated. Hardly anybody knows that he's even there, except for a select few people; which includes Dell Rusk and X-23.

Company Logo = The Lernaean Hydra

Crooked Lawyer: Dr. Johann Fennhoff (Marvel Comics)

Dr. Fennhoff isn't just a licensed psychiatrist, he also works as S.I.'s company lawyer. He's never had a case he wasn't successful in, and any plaintiffs and people who try to sue the company, he talks to them. Whether they're in court, or if the matter is settled outside. He has a silver tongue when it comes to both his professions, and he's never lost a case yet.

The Company Building: Fisk Towers (Marvel's Spider-Man)

What was Fisk Towers was refurbished into the Serpentine Incorporated building.

The Company's True Purpose - All the humanitarian word is simply a cover for their real plan; as the old saying goes "Control the youth; control the future". S.I.'s apps and shows on their streaming service implant a trigger within the minds of whoever uses the apps/watches the shows. S.I. plans on using a whole army of sleeper agents to take over the world.

Hired Assassin: Hector (Tangled: The Series)

After the fall of the Alliance, and needing work, he was hired by S.I. to act as their "go guy" to take care of "grievances". Those grievances being anyone they deem to be getting too close to their operation.

Head of Security: Brock Rumlow (Marvel Cinematic Universe)

His on record background is that he was a former operative for SHIELD and left under mysterious circumstances. He now had the task of being the head of security for the company, but there are some rumors about who he truly is. He's on the Avengers files as being a double agent for Hydra, though he claims that was simply acting as a Triple Agent. But is he telling the truth?

Corporate Spy: Ms. Marvel (Marvel's Spider-Man 2017

Strangely of all, there have been strange sightings of the Jersey City hero: Ms. Marvel, appearing in NYC. Usually at night, and disappearing after being seen. Not to mention, any potential competition for S.I. seems to go out of business and are in areas that Ms. Marvel was seen in. Is there a connection?
