Bio:
At the cost of their freedom, these two Saiyans were spared their fate in the destruction of planet Vegeta thanks to the interference of Towa and Mira. The masks they are forced to wear subjugates their wills to the commands of the Time Breakers they now serve and increases their power via a combination of technology and sorcery. While the unfortunate souls who don them remain conscious of their surroundings and their actions, their former selves have been subdued in the back of their minds. Regardless of their own desires, they are forced to carry out orders like a drone on autopilot. After their enslavement, the masked duo are tasked with collecting kiri from throughout history on behalf of their masters. Their actions of distorting history often bring them into conflict with Trunks and the Time Patrol.
Notes:
Similar to the male outfit being a Saiyan equivalent to Mira's clothing, the female version is based off the Time Breaker Majin characters Shun Shun and Haru Haru from Dragon Ball Online/Heroes.

I like the Gine design. When designing these two did you ever consider putting the time breaker symbol on their chest like Mira has, or did you feel that only having it on their heads was enough and did not want to change Bardock's official design?

Looking though a lot of the DBO data, most of the Time Breaker minions are being mind controlled. I actually prefer Xenoverse's magic version of the possessions rather than the insignia jewels that get slapped on the characters in DBO and Heroes, so that's what I'll be using.
Thus, I actually considered removing the symbol from the duo's masks and saving it only for actual members of the organization...but the masks are rather important for this pair and they are Time Breaker in origin, so I kept it.

Well, Beerus does note that Vegeta and Goku's pride is uncharacteristic of a Siayan.

Yeah he did say that but Beerus is a bit arrogant, and I think fails to realize some people act differently around him, Frieza included, so it's not much of a stretch to say even the Saiyans would abandon their pride in the face of a God

The number of people who actually know about Hakaishin Beerus is probably extremely low. Even the Galactic Patrol only thinks of him as a myth. Freeza originally didn't pay him his proper respect either and got his ass kicked for it; likewise, I would assume most only act differently once they learn the power of the being they are dealing with.

True but all evidence we've seen for saiyans proves Beerus's statement wrong with Nappa, Raditz, Vegeta, Frieza's comments, Cell's statements (course he was probably going from what he knew) not to mention that King Vegeta was groveling so that would shoot any pride the saiyans had

That's too small of a sample size to say all Saiyans are prideful (not that I'm actively disputing it, mind you).
--Cell is hardly a reliable source on a culture that died ~40 years before he was born.
--Freeza, as pompous as he is, likely wouldn't deal with the commoners.
--King Vegeta, Vegeta and Nappa are of "noble" blood.
--Nappa and Raditz spent decades with the arrogant Saiyan prince (who doesn't even fit the Saiyan status quo from what we see early on).
