The irony is that in DB Heroes, there is a form were he is SSJ3 as Majin vegeta, yet i don't think the "story" of the game ever has him as SSJ3 non-majin.

What about the animation clip where Super 17 is introduced into DB Heroes? We see three Super Saiyan 3s in that one: Super Saiysan 3 Future Gohan, Super Saiyan 3 Future Trunks, and Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta

Yes, yes. I hadn't quite remembered all of the scenes. Though isn't that one of the original missions, before they had a little bit of a story? Ah well.

Considering that:
1) Vegito is shown more than once, and only once is the "Going inside Super Buu and getting forcibly defused" prospect used,
2) Among the Majin warriors Babidi summons to help him in once scene are 'Majin Super Android 13', and 'Majin Super Hatchiyack'. They're both robots; how could they be affected by Babidi's spell? (The fact that their respective creators made them out of a desire for revenge notwithstanding.)
3) Gohan attained Super Saiyan 4. "Why is that a problem", you ask? Well, it may be true that, thanks to Dragonball Super, GT is no longer canon to the main Dragonball story, but that just means that it's now an alternate timeline, like (most of) the Dragonball and Dragonball Z movies and specials. However, there are still concepts that are canon to GT itself. One is, "Super Saiyan 4 can only be attained by pure-blood Super Saiyans".
4) Time Patrol Goten was introduced. OK, first off: let's remember where, exactly, Time Patrol Trunks came from. He came from an alternate 'future' where Goten was never born. Y'know, that future. So, where, exactly, did 'Time Patrol Goten' come from, and what purpose does he serve other than as a convenient plot device? Would've made more sense to have Future Gohan come back from the dead & join his former pupil as a member of Time Patrol, in my opinion.
I doubt there's a real storyline to the latest missions of Dragonball Heroes at all, aside from "A Rule of Cool adventure where Time Patrol Trunks, Beat and Note team-up to stop the machinations of Towa and Mira, wherever and whenever they may appear."
What I'm trying to say is: Rule of Cool's great and all, but this is still Dragonball, not Gurren Lagann. Logic still has to have some pull here.

I assume that, since the missions usually have a GT theme (and there are also missions added in the new updates that reflect the DB Super story), I assume GT Goten is Xeno Goten. And why not Gohan? Well, he is dead, and this is an actual story now(well, the Hatchiyack/Baby thing may not, but there are arcs.), so it would kinda make his death less meaningful. Plus, Gotenks. Plus, I think Gohan is just happy the Androids are dead, and is like "Alright. Earth is saved. Peace out. I'm done."
When was it said that only pure-blood saiyans could achieve SSJ4? They only needed a tail and SSJ, not to mention if this little fact you have is from the English Dub, it might be wrong.
Hatchiyack is.... Well, I always assume he is not a robot, but not exactly organic. Like the hatred made him.
And Super 13... Uh.... Yeah, I got nothing. He does have thought and personality though, so.... maybe?

You might have a point about SSJ4s, but doesn't Fusion require compatibility between the two users? If Xeno Goten is GT Goten, he may find Xeno Trunks (Future Trunka) to be a familiar face, but the feeling won't really be mutual for the latter.

From what I can tell, they just have to get the final pose right. In fact, an interview by Toriyama said that the first 2 poses are just for syncing up, and the last pose it what it takes. They do require equal power, as said in series, but he said anyone could fuse if done correctly.

Well, in Heroes, both Future/Time Patrol Trunks and Future Gohan are Super Saiyan 3s, and the only Metamoran Fusions we've seen so far is between two warriors who have known each other for a long time.
And, again: if there is a Xeno Goten, where exactly did he come from? He couldn't be GT Goten, because if I recall correctly, not just anyone can become a Time Patroller, and those who do, call TokiToki City their new home. Can you really see GT Goten just throwing his life (and lovelife) away for God knows how long?

The Baby Hatchiyack story seems to have had Baby Trunks become Super Baby trunks. Meaning that GT Goten could've become a Time Patroller to revert this. Or he wandered into Toki-Toki City like the mentors and quest-givers in Xenoverse, and Trunks was like "Hey, you can do that fusion dance thing with your Trunks right? Well, I need help, and you've been a hero, so hero's a cool jacket, and come on! 1" "guys."

Even now that the game as an official story arc (Ankokumakai Arc), it still doesn't have a "story". There have been been missions with all his SS2 and SS3 enslaved forms though.
I would have added the enslaved SS3 form here, but I just can't make it work for my story. I wanted to keep the basics of the Buu Arc, and that can't be done if Vegeta has the transformation too. He has to get it later (though still in the same outfit for my project. Hence the inclusion on the side without Babidi's mark).

I was under the impression Super Saiyan 3 was a form Goku came up with on his own. Gotenks was the only other user of the form, and Trunks at least knew of it. I wouldn't be surprised if Vegeta figured it out during Goku's fight with Kid Buu.

In manga, we can differentiate SS2 of vegeta only by the lightning around him..........

Quick question, did Vegeta get stronger while he was in his Demon Prince state? Or did it just seem like that because he lacked the inhibitions he had before.

Babidi's magic techniques/spells/whatever for the Maōji Vegeta bit were described as "enslaving the heart" and then the next "released their dormant power"...or something to that effect. Point is, he got stronger.
...also, just for precautionary clarification since I hate the rumor, Babidi's magic was not the reason he went SS2. He could do it before via his training. lol

Yeah, that's the way the outfit is in the manga, and I kinda like that a little better than the anime's version. This way it seems kinda like he's still wearing the jumpsuit from his armors, just without the armor.

No, he starts off as an SS and then jumps to SS2 when Goku agrees to fight him after he blew up the Budokai arena. He can go to whatever form he wants with the mark on his head.

One would wonder how Vegeta can use the fusion dance with Goku when he's smaller than him.

The rules just say "similar in size". I imagine that means a gap like Goten and Trunks or Goku and Vegeta is acceptable, but the boys would be too small to fuse with their fathers.

But they aren't similar in size. And they have to be symmetrical. So if one is doing it correctly, the other has to adjust to match the other, which wouldn't be symmetrical. Trunks and Goten are more similar in size, so it is plausible that they can pull it off.

Hey, don't shoot the messenger, I'm just reiterating what we're told in the series. lol We got Potara and Vegetto because Toriyama was going to have Goku and Vegeta do Fusion, but Toei used the concept before he got around to it. So the height difference between the two heroes obviously fits within their definition of "similar in size", both for Toei and Toriyama.

He contradicts his self all the time. I really think he should either remake the DragonBall series, or explain these contradictions.

No, I know. I was just joking. Personally, I'm with Toriyama on this one. I know there is like a foot difference between them, but I don't have that big of an issue with their heights fitting within a description of "similar in size" (presumably because I'm used to it already fitting in their opinions). As long as Goku isn't trying to fuse with Kuririn, it's close enough. lol As for the latter part of the comment, him explaining something he probably doesn't remember won't happen, and he already drew the series for like a decade, he's not going to do that again. xD

I like the fact that he is such a lean character. Though, I did want to ask, do you mean you're not giving away an explanation of how he becomes a Super Saiyan 3?
I would think that after Vegeta's self-detonation against Buu, he had a spiritual Zenkai that absorbed his own energy given off in the explosion. Thus, he detonated himself, but absorbed his own detonation on his way back into the Afterlife.
