Description Here She is, The Element of Generosity Herself: Rarity.

I did mess up a Little on her Mane and Tail, I tried too Make it Accurate to The Show. Other Then That, I Think I did Very Amazing Drawing her. I Did take advice From Crystalshine3232, I Tried too Make her Bottom Hooves more Rounder, and Try too Get her Body too be Slimmer. In order too Do That, I had too Draw The Body First, then add Details on her. It actually Worked Pretty Well for Me!

Thanks for The Advice , at least I improved on This One Greatly, Despite The Kinda MissColored Mane and Tail.

I'm thinking about doing either Twilight (Yes as an Alicorn,) or Rainbow Dash Next.

Honestly I think her hair you did pretty well. ^__^
Better than my first drawing of Rarity I submitted to deviantart actually.
The cutie mark is very good. ^__^ You need to work on the eyes a bit, and try making the hooves 
bigger. You need to work on the lines and make them less shakey and more smooth. ^__^

At least I took your advice, and Made her Body Slimmer and Make her Bottom Hooves Rounder. I'll try to do that more.

The Reason The Lines are Shakey, is because I used The Touchpad on My Laptop. I did Draw on Paper First though, but yeah.

Yeah, I can imagine that would be pretty difficult.
You're welcome. ^_^ Maybe you should try and make her eyes and little bigger and lower down on her face, make sure they're lined up with each other too. Hope that helps. ^_^
