women tell me all the time they love my waves and I love them to and hate it when it goes flat, bugs the crap out of me. Makes it feel like my hair is dead...

exactly! One of my acquaintances wanted me to straighten my hair so badly she gave me her old one! I hardly knew her! Gracious for the gesture I accepted it but my mom uses it more than I do. Whenever I did try to straighten it the humidity was so high my hair went poof anyways.

yeah!! i have my sisters old pair and with the weather here there is no point in straightening my hair because i end up having an afro!!

yep! my sisters hair is like straw from straightening it! and it looks to dull. my hair goes into ringlets most of the time and there is no point trying to straighten it because it takes hours!

My hair is a giant, wavy poof of a mane and it rocks in the winter time when i leave it down. It helps keep the warmth in Really need it when you live in the North Eastern part of the US.
