I recently watched a let's play of the Megaman Zero series and while reading up on the games, learned that the series antagonist Dr Weil shared a voice actor with the one and only Eggman. So of course I had to combine the two mad scientists. I really like how this turned out, especially the background (based it on Raganarok from Megaman Zero 4)
