Meet Skylar! She's my new OC that I commissioned from =envot (original found here: [link] ). She's a great artist and I strongly recommend taking a look at her gallery!
I had a lot of fun making this icon! Please give me feedback, as I'm still pretty new at this. I'll fill you in on Skylar's information later -- it's pretty late here, so I'm going to bed soon! G'night!

This was made by ~Nayori 's wonderful pixel icon base, here: [link] . I made some slight modifications to the base (i.e. changed the facial expression, added hair and clothing, etc.)
