Alrighty, so this is my second attempt at Kagome Higurashi fanart. Though, unfortunately, you can't tell it's her because she's out of her school uniform. But while I was drawing this, I thought, Should I put her in her school uniform? I decided against it because I felt that Kagome is so confined to just her school uniform and you rarely see her out of it, so I thought, hey, she should get to wear some kind of pretty ruffly dress.
So I put her in one.
It's just...really hard to tell it's her. My sister didn't know until I pointed her out. *shrug* I plastered her name on that pipe she's leaning on in order to suggest it was really Kagome...
Anyway...
Things I Like:
-The ruffles in the outfit in general
-The coloring in general
-The eyes
-The bangs
Things I Hate
-The would-be stray hairs on her left arm (they suck when outlined)
-Coloring on pipe
Also, this girl on AA noted that there were too many wrinkles in the skirt, and if I'd taken it down a notch, the picture would've been prettier. And I see where she's coming from, and I kinda agree with her.
Now, I must flee, for I am missing Family Guy!
