Very nice parrot, good colors and resemblance, too! The anatomy seems pretty much on point. The execution however could use a bit of work here and there.
First thing I notice is that the tree leaves form a very straight line, which doesn’t look very natural. One way to avoid that is to sketch the image bigger (like, a very rough sketch with most of the tree visible so you can figure out the angle of the leaves that would be visible in the close up shot). It’s a very good base to use a leaf brush for background leaves, but I think you could take the time to draw a few of them by hand, just to add diversity and detail to the background.
Another thing is that the parrot seems to have a white outline in parts. I think you might have everything on just one layer? I’d recommend splitting it to a few layers, for example you’d have the sky as the bottom-most layer, then the tree, then the leaves, and then the parrot on top. It will ensure you don’t have overlap areas or areas that aren’t filled in.
And one last small thing, I think you can add a little bit more to the sky. Compared to the rest, it looks kind of flat and empty as it is. You can just add a gradient to it, or maybe try out some clouds, or add a branch or two in the back – nothing too detailed, just enough to avoid it being too empty.
Hope I wasn’t too harsh! I think you did very well with this parrot – and birds can be very difficult to draw. You have a good amount of detail on the foreground, and the colors work pretty well together ^^b
