Description Ho Ho Ho. Merrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry Christmas Lil' Dakt.

Here is a present from Santa.

Sorry about spilling the milk and leaving cookie crumbs everywhere. Santa's big gut makes him quite clumsy.

Santa G here again...I realised that I should've said Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaappy Hannukah Dakt instead of what I did. Sorry. Lil' Dakt.

Pfffffffffffft. I've seen you do poses better than this.

My bet is that Santa G caves before the fifth picture.

We shall see.

Also. . .since when do I do better poses? Most of mine are people standing up straight whilst staring at the viewer.

You're the one with mountains of comics full of professionally made dynamic poses to use as reference when and if needed. How do I compete with that?

The-G In reply to DragonsLover1 [2009-12-29 13:45:59 +0000 UTC]

Pfffffffffffffffffffffffffft. You do better poses all the time. You do those character reference sheets and they had some awesome poses on them. And look at the Scout Swimwear thing! That had a whole LINE of awesome poses.

And each one was unique.

You think my comics are professionally made and have dynamic poses?

You're completely out of your mind.

DragonsLover1 In reply to The-G [2009-12-29 19:11:02 +0000 UTC]

Ah yes, I remember this. Your insecurity bred by my one and only full-effort picture line.

Most of my other pictures are exactly what I said -- and, in truth, the Scouts are the same. Just standing poses staring at the viewer. No dynamics there.

And you misninterpreted what I said. I was refering to your BOUGHT comics, not the drawn ones. . .although the drawn ones still fall into that category.

You've definitely made several more dynamic poses than I have, and yes, they do look professional.

The-G In reply to DragonsLover1 [2009-12-30 20:16:15 +0000 UTC]

Oh pish-posh. They are not. I was getting some references for Turqoise from your gallery and there were no boring poses in there. Even if you did draw them standing front on and not moving you still worked something interesting in with their arms of feet placement.

Whoa...how egotistical am I? You mention comics and automatically I assume YOU must be talking about mine.

I don't use my comics for reference. I SHOULD...but I'm too lazy. Now and then I will for city backgrounds or specific characters...but pretty rarely.

I don't think I should be trying to argue this point because then it would appear that I'm having severe issues with taking a compliment...so I will just say awwwwwwwwww shucks.

DragonsLover1 In reply to The-G [2010-01-25 18:52:51 +0000 UTC]

That's because I'm paranoid that, eventually, somebody's gonna get a good look at my gallery and bitch at me. Something along the lines of, "How come every single picture has a chick in it in the exact same pose? What, you can't draw anything else, ever? Are you a one-trick dog or some shit? You lazy, unimaginative bitch. Stop wasting space with your crap."

Ow. That rant hurt me. #_O

Well, I DID say "your comics" and not "the comics you bought" so I can see the confusion there. Oops.

Aw come on. Admit it. You DO draw dynamics and you're better than me at it. For instance, I've never drawn a person jumping over a fence, but you drew Nightbird like that once, and it ROCKED.

The-G In reply to DragonsLover1 [2010-01-28 14:00:27 +0000 UTC]

It's the INTERNET! There's always gonna be people who take their anger out on the world anonymously. It's a way to deal with the fact that they're gonna be virgins for most of their life. Those poor poor douchebags. Maybe if they were paying you to draw then you could take what they say to heart but as it is...just ignore them. I don't think anyone would say that anyway. There's no basis to make remarks like that.

I drew Nightbird jumping over a fence?

How do you remember these things?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

DragonsLover1 In reply to The-G [2010-01-28 22:49:08 +0000 UTC]

True. . .and that rant was just hypothetical. . .

But I have to point out that your reason for being pissy (lifetime virginity) isn't a very good reason. I mean if someone WANTED to lost his/her virginity and was having a helluva time with it, yeah, that'd be annoying.

But me, for instance, till I met Eric I was determined to be a virgin for the rest of my life. No anger or frustration there.

I. Don't. Know.

Maybe I just remember the cool shit.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

The-G In reply to DragonsLover1 [2010-01-30 18:14:07 +0000 UTC]

Ah...but see there are people out there who think that being a virgin is some burden they must relieve themselves off a.s.a.p. Because society only thinks people who have sex are cool. But no-one will have sex with these people because they are about as much fun to be around as viking with sunburn. Which makes them angry...which makes them less attractive...which reduces their chances of sex even further. It's a sick cycle.

That's quite a bold decision though...not wanting it. I'm not saying it's good or bad...I'm just saying that if you've never had it...how do you know you never want it?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

DragonsLover1 In reply to The-G [2010-01-31 00:21:06 +0000 UTC]

Damn those vicious cycles. Like not having the will to wash dishes, so you start using tupperware and lids to eat off of, and then you have more dishes to wash.

It was an educated assumption. I've attempted sex more than once and found it not to my liking. I'm not a virgin anymore, but I can safely say sex is not a part of my tastes. I could easily go the rest of my life without it. No sweat.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

The-G In reply to DragonsLover1 [2010-02-13 02:15:30 +0000 UTC]

I've actually just carried scaulding hot food around rather than use a plate...just so I wouldn't have to wash up after. Not soup though...I'm not brain silly.

You've attempted sex more than once?

And you still couldn't get it right?

Well I wouldn't say that EVERYONE has to love me. And they certainly don't need to despair.

Oh.....................you meant Drake.

I knew that.

This dear Dakt is just the entree to my christmas trade picture. I plan to make you shit your brains out with that one.

Dakt37 In reply to The-G [2009-12-25 07:18:29 +0000 UTC]

sometimes i don't believe your name could really be tim. it's too AWESOME XDDD

shitting brains is far too undignified for a lady. i prefer to let them ooze out my ears. also, fewer pants ruined that way

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

The-G In reply to Dakt37 [2009-12-26 12:17:36 +0000 UTC]

Guess I'm lucky then that my birth certificate doesn't require whether people believe it exists or not.

But if you shit brains then you have your pants to catch them and no-one will see. If they come out your ears then you may find yourself in a very awkward social situation.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Dakt37 In reply to The-G [2009-12-28 02:44:13 +0000 UTC]

i'm pretty sure people notice right away if you shit yourself as for ears, that's why i carry a giant conch shell around. i just tip my head to one side and pretend like i'm listening to the ocean, while i'm actually letting my brains drain into the hollow shell

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

The-G In reply to Dakt37 [2009-12-30 18:03:53 +0000 UTC]

Well they'll probably ask why you're walking funny...but you could just say that your leg went to sleep.

Ooooooooo...that's a very tropical solution. But what would happen if you lost the shell...which is highly likely because your brains would be in it.

Dakt37 In reply to The-G [2010-01-01 10:15:04 +0000 UTC]

i'd wear it on a pimpin chain that never gets taken off

most of my experience has been with Dick and that one who has a single father and he has not told him 'bout his double life. The one who was in the 2006 to like now version of Teen Titans

I was trying to give him that sort of attitude. I was thinking of how he used to be a bit more carefree and loving the superhero life. Before all the deaths and dramas and crisese. So I tried to capture not only the outfit but his attitude too.

BLIvorySS In reply to The-G [2009-12-22 04:52:07 +0000 UTC]

Alas Robin was fated to be a DC character and therefore become incredibly serious and broody. A Serious McBrooderson if you will.

*ducks* I'm just kidding! DC has no faults!

Some would say that after the Civil War and the Dark Reign that the Marvel Universe isn't a very pleasant place either.

I believe I just put you in check.

Touche good sir. I will concede to that point. BUT!!! A lot of the Marvel characters are still the same fun-loving chaps they always were. (not to say there aren't fun-loving chaps in DC )
