My pokesona Tesla hmmmm
They have deoxys' 4 forms ! Their personnality changes depending on which form they choose to be.
Neutral form seems bored most of the time. They like to tease people in a friendly way but are pretty calm overall and non-confrontational . This is the main form and it gives them balanced abilities.
Attack form is completely feral and highly aggresive. They are pure rage and incredibly powerful, better avoid them at all cost. It's the only form Tesla cannot choose to be, nor control.
Speed form is, well, hyperactive, and kind of a dumb goblin. They're extremely fast and will annoy/prank/tease people, like an unsupervised kid.
Defensive form is calm soft, gentle and a bit melancholic. They're very protective, their body becomes an integral armor and they cannot feel pain in that state. It's a comfort form for them.
