Reddit user Dwarven_Bard_Daddy requested an evolution for Smeargle. Hope it looks okay! I see Smeargle being a kid with finger paints, and thought its evolution should look more like a serious artist. At the same time I had the "starving artist" trope in mind and made it look a little ragged like a hobo.
