Remember this character? Anyone who has been following me since 2013 does. This is Al, and I used to use her in my Dan comics from 2012-2013. She's based on two girls I was friends with in real life, both of whom I had a crush on and one of whom I later dated for a while. The character has been on my mind for a while, and one of the sketches I made yesterday somehow transformed into her, so I said, "Screw it," and inked and colored it.

I was struggling on what background to give the pic, as I was half-tempted to put her in a messy room (though I've never shown her own room before) or in the corner at a party, but after one of my friends on Discord made an edit of it with a city background, I decided to do that using the pic they found as the background as a basis for my own background. (I can't find the source of the original pic, but if any of you know where it's located, please tell me so I can add that!)

Al is portrayed as being very quiet and introverted, barely speaking much and only talking in monotone when she does. She also never shows her eyes and has said that she hates people. Because of that, I imagine she'd enjoy nightly walks on the town.
