Name: Logan Blythe

Age: 20

History: Logan never had anything resembling a rough childhood. The second child of a wealthy merchant family, he lived comfortably in the lap of luxury for most of his life, though always somewhat in the shadow of his sister. He was a rowdy, excitable child, but he was far from brutish. He was just as intelligent as his sister, and much more well-versed in weapon usage, having had a tutor since he was young.

He used to spend a lot of time with his older sister Victoria, especially when they were younger, but as they grew older and their personalities differed even more, they drifted apart, much to their mother's despair.

Logan's father, Alistair, was killed due to the war while accompanying one of his supply carts to Icirrus--enemy soldiers cut him down along with along with all but one Unovan knight, and raided the cart for supplies. This one soldier returned to Driftveil with the grave news--the Blythe family mourned for months. Alistair Blythe's estate was left to his now-widowed wife, Maria, and his two children. Logan was nine. They went on with their lives after that, with Maria managing the merchandise and continuing the family business, leaving Victoria as the heir to their business--and their fortune.

After the incident that led to Victoria's exile from their home, he presumed her dead along with the rest of the world, and went on to become the head of the household in his father's absence. A year or so after that, he left for a while to join the Mages Academy in search of knowledge, if only to help him run his family business better. He returns to the Academy every so often, visiting old friends and poking fun at younger entrants.

To this day, he is still completely unaware that his sister still lives.

Personality: Rather proud and a little full of himself, Logan can be a lot to handle sometimes. The complete opposite of his sister, he's a bit of an attention seeker, and quite a bit of a braggart. Unfortunately for most, he happens to have just as much bite as he does bark, and will live up to his reputation if someone dares to challenge him.

Extra: He is incredibly skilled with a halberd, his weapon of choice, and is capable of fighting from Cyneburh's back. The two form a deadly combination.

Pokemon:
Cyneburh/Charizard: Is just as snooty and sharp-tongued as her partner, and just as dangerous. She was given to Logan as a Charmander when he was five, and she has stayed with him since. She is an incredibly powerful Pokemon; be wary if fighting her during a particularly bright day, for there is practically no stopping her incredibly powerful moves from decimating the opposition. No one’s really sure whether Cyneburh is able to speak or not. She’s intelligent enough to do so, but no one’s really seen or heard her talk. If she can, she doesn’t do it in the presence of anyone but Logan. Mostly because she doesn’t think half the people who look upon her are worthy of hearing what she has to say. She is fond of Aldyth.

Até/Espeon: A gift from his mother, Até is a crafty, clever feline. A bit of a trickster, she gave Logan some trouble when he first received her, but she's since warmed up to him. She works in tandem with Cyneburh, neutralizing the dragon's largest threats while healing off damage using the Charizard's created sunlight. She does not speak, instead using her psychic powers to project her emotions.

Jason/Lucario: Was sent to Driftveil by Logan's uncle, Norman, after the old knight heard about the conflict happening near home. Though he was sent to protect Logan, he isn't very fond of the mage, and tends to disobey direct orders and fight as he pleases. He has a distinct fighting style, preferring to use speed rather than strength, and his signature move is to loose Aura Spheres from point-blank range after coming close using Extremespeed.
