Kiryu and Godzilla belong to Toho and stuff, other stuff mentioned belong to their respective owners

Basis: Kiryu(Main appearances, concept art), Mechagodzilla(Concept Art, Showa 1+2, Heisei, Reiwa(Monsterverse, Anime Trilogy, etc)

Having seen the display of power of Godzilla, and the threats he had to face yet could also attract to Earth, some heads of state and other groups began machinations behind the scenes, creating the anti Godzilla taskforce group known as G Force. This group, in conjunction with groups like APEX Cybernetics, began R&D of various anti-Titan weapons, though Godzilla and others would sense it and "incidentally" destroy the sites during battles.

However, the greatest insult would be MG3 - Kiryu; an experimental mechanoid, it actually housed the skeleton of a member of the Titanus Gojira species. It is unknown how it was obtained, however the mechanoid was completed and sent out to defeat Godzilla, who was stunned at the hubris of humanity, allowing it some advantage at first. However, as Godzilla let out a loud roar, some sort of remaining spirit of the skeleton apparently took control of the circuitry and weapons of Kiryu, basically taking it over and reviving as a mechanical Gojira.

After raging against it's former creators, Godzilla managed to convince Kiryu to settle down and retreat. After APEX Cybernetics was essentially destroyed and G Force reorganized to the more friendly T Force. Now in an agreement with other Kaiju, various heroes and SHIELD, Kiryu is maintained as a defender of Earth, in spite of what was done to him...
