Yay, my first My Little Pony griffon. Yeah, I kind of wanted something different than a pony or a dragon, so I went with the most logical one, a griffon. Eh, I will probably make a donkey at some point, but that is if I actually get the motivation to sketch and color one. Yeah, don't actually plan on me making one. But anywho, Jay is actually part umbrella cockatoo, so if he gets surprised his feathers will raise up like a cockatoo would. I don't know why I did this, just shoot me, it took me over an hour just to pick out what character I was going to draw... It took me forever to pick what type of bird.Let me ponder what his personality and backstory will be.

Yes, picking a reference animal is hard I didn't want to go with the original griffon design for the show. Hehe, it is hard to make a personality not cliched, but all I know is he is a singer/song writer. :3

Oh I don't like using the randomizer, I rather take hours and get a character I made just researching then just clicking the randomizer and get something. I am not trying to be mean or anything I just don't like taking the easy way. Wonder why I get the way I do about my ocs? Is because I take more than a month to actually make an oc I like. It is a very tedious process.
